Chair

Destiny Warrior (she/her) is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma. She is a graduate of Carl Albert High School. She received a BS in Elementary Education at Oklahoma State University and a M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum from the University of Oklahoma.

She was an elementary and secondary teacher, teaching social studies, language arts, and gifted and talented students. Destiny also served as an adjunct professor for the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education at the University of Oklahoma for six years teaching elementary and middle-level social studies methodology.

Destiny left the classroom 2018 and joined a non-profit organization helping public schools transform civics education so young people will be equipped and inspired to exercise their civic power.

Destiny is chair of Precinct 81 and most recently served the county party as an Affirmative Action Officer.

Vice Chair

Jayme Shelton (he/him) is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Purcell Public Schools and obtained a degree in Finance/Commercial Bank Management from Oklahoma State University. He worked for several local banks from 1996-2010.

In 2010 he switched careers and spent time with the Pioneer Library System, City of Moore, and Neighborhood Alliance of Central Oklahoma. In 2016 he decided to be a stay at home dad to support his growing family.

Jayme is a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. His great grandfather was allotted land in 1891 in the area known as Corbett in southern Cleveland County.

Affirmative Action Officers

Farzad Khalili (he/him) lives in Norman with his wife and daughter. He has been an active member of CCDEMS for the past four years.

He serves as the Chair of Precinct 76 and was appointed to serve as the male affirmative action officer for the county party in September 2019. He is thankful to the convention delegates for allowing him to continue in this role.
